Welcome

You are here because you received a doTERRA package from me to experience the power of using essential oils to enhance DIGESTIVE SUPPORT.

With all the "quick" options available to us, it's no wonder our digestive systems are experiencing more stress than ever! Processed, refined, pre-packaged and fast foods that our body does not know how to digest effectively. The human intestine is lined with more than 100 million nerve cells, it is practically a brain in itself. There's no question why the gut is called our "second brain", just a quick Google will tell you all about the Gut-Brain connection and how important our microbiome is.

Supporting your health and your gut doesn't have to be complicated. And it definitely doesn't need to be man-made.

Let's explore a couple of options, straight from the ground:

DigestZen (called Zen Gest in Canada) is known as doTERRA's “tummy tamer” blend because of its ability to aid in digestion, soothe occasional stomach upset, and maintain overall digestive health.

Think of this oil as your tummy's BFF! It's unique blend of Ginger, Fennel, and Coriander helps ease occasional stomach discomfort, including motion sickness and indigestion, while Peppermint, Tarragon, Anise, and Caraway aid with digestion and help maintain a healthy gastrointestinal tract.

DigestZen is our ultimate go-to have on hand when stomach upset occurs and best of all - it's safe and effective! (See ya later Tums and Pepto!) DigestZen is a healthy, natural, and gentle way to soothe an upset stomach or maintain a healthy digestive system.

One of the most daily used essential oils ever.

It is hugely beneficial in promoting regular body temperatures, support for head tension, tummy upset along with a thousand other things!

Love this diffused for focus. doTERRA's peppermint is the purest you will ever experience and is the highest in the constituent, menthol ... which is short form for:INSTANTenergy-boosting,

INSTANTtension kicking,

INSTANTdigestive support,

INSTANTtingles 😘

Usage Instructions:

You might be wondering WHY even use essential oils to support your digestive system?
Here are a few quick facts:

  1. They're a 100% natural & safe solution that are the incredibly versatile and actually works. For every day annoyances like headaches, colds, coughs, and digestive discomfort. For skin issues like cuts, bruises, acne, and eczema. Not to mention joint and muscle pain, and arthritis. You'll also grab these bottles for mood support; for calming, anxious feelings, stress, or that mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

  2. When they're actually pure, essential oils work quickly. The molecules reach the brain in 22 seconds, in 2 minutes they're found in the bloodstream, and in just 20 minutes, they reach every cell in your body. With virtually no side effects.

  3. Essential oils are backed by thousands of peer-reviewed and published scientific research, which I absolutely love. It's not a fad and it's not woo-woo, it's science.

  4. Nature has an unmatched wisdom. There's no denying this. And the way we live, the choices we make, the products we buy, the food we eat... it all matters.

  • Apply 1-2 drops to a little carrier oil and massage into the stomach when you have indigestion or after a big meal. Do this in combination with the peppermint in your water for the ultimate soother!

  • For kids: to get things moving, massage 1 drop with a little carrier oil to their tummy. Massage using clockwork circles and then bicycle their legs.

  • Car sick? Inhale DigestZen to fight motion sickness.

  • Rub on the stomach before flying or taking a road trip for a calming aroma

  • Take DigestZen internally when traveling or trying new foods to soothe occasional stomach upset.

  • This blend certainly helps calm an upset stomach but can also be applied to the temples to help relieve tension and sinus pressure.

  • Use 1-2 drops in 4-6 ounces of water as a mouth rinse with water at night if you've eaten a meal with strong smells, like garlic, onion, curries and more. If you like the taste of black liquorice, you will love the taste of DigestZen because it contains Fennel essential oil.
