This January, help new customers take advantage of an enrollment promotion that earns them 100 bonus product points!

This enrollment promotion is a great opportunity for you as an Independent Distributor. Because? encourages and relieves.

  1. Incentivize new customers to sign up now instead of putting it off until some nebulous time in the future.

  2. For some people, an enrollment kit can be a big purchase. This promotion eases some of the burden because they earn a share in free products (points).

This is how the promotion works:

  • January: New customers sign up with 100 PV or more.

  • February: Customers place loyalty orders of at least 100 PV.

  • March: Customers receive 100 free product points!

We have an exciting update: this promotion has been extended and expanded! February registrations are now also eligible to participate:

  • February: New customers sign up with 100 PV or more.

  • March: Customers place loyalty orders of at least 100 PV.

  • April: Customers receive 100 product points!

Help new customers enjoy free products in March or April (with their 100 bonus product points) by enrolling them with 100 PV in January or February and having them join LRP in February or March. This enrollment promotion is available in the US, Canada, GAC, and select NFR markets.

To qualify for product points, new customers must place their 100 PV Loyalty order within the month following their enrollment. For example, if customers enrolled in January wait until March to place a 100 PV Loyalty order, they will not qualify for product points. New customers who sign up in January must place a 100 PV Loyalty order in February, and those who sign up in February must place a 100 PV Loyalty order in March.

Ways to get to 100 PV

There are several great product bundles or collections that add up to 100 PV or more, making it easy for your customers to sign up or reorder the products they need. For example, the MetaPWRâ„¢ System Kit offers all new MetaPWR products and is ideal for any customer interested in improving their metabolic health, enjoying more energy and vitality, or aging healthy.*

The Healthy Habits Enrollment Kit, which includes the doTERRA Lifelong Vitality Pack® (LLV), is a 125 PV value and is ideal for anyone interested in improving their overall health with natural products and simple routines.*

Alternatively, start clients off with a solid LLV foundation and add one or two more products that interest them. What requirements must customers meet?

  • January: New customers sign up with 100 PV or more.

How long will this promotion last?
This promotion begins on January 1, 2023. The first enrollment period of 100 PV ends on January 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm MT. The 100 PV loyalty order period begins on February 1, 2023 and ends on February 28, 2023 at 11:59 PM MT. Participating customers will receive their 100 product points in March.

The second 100 PV enrollment period begins on February 1, 2023 and ends on February 28, 2023 at 11:59 pm MT. The 100 vP loyalty order period begins on March 1, 2023 and ends on March 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM MT. Participating customers will receive their 100 product points in April.

To qualify for product points, new customers must place their 100 PV loyalty order within the month following their enrollment. For example, if customers enrolled in January wait until March to place a 100 PV loyalty order, they will not qualify for product points. New customers who sign up in January must place a 100 PV loyalty order in February, and those who sign up in February must place a 100 PV loyalty order in March.

Can registrants who didn't register in January or February place an enrollment request in March and still participate in the promotion?
No, a new customer must enroll with 100 PV in January or February to participate and receive the 100 product points in March or April.

Can I place multiple orders that add up to 100 PV?
Yes, you can place additional orders to reach the required 100 PV.

​

What if my order total is $100, but my PV is less than 100?
Personal Volume (PV) is not the same as dollar amount. Although the PV and dollar amount match for some products (such as Lemon essential oil), this does not mean that the PV equals the dollar amount of the products each time. Review the amount of PV displayed in your cart before processing your order. If your order falls short, you can place an additional order within the promotional period to make up the missing PV.

When will the points be added to my account?
If you signed up in January and placed a 100 PV Loyalty order in February, the points will be added to your account on March 7, 2023.

If you signed up in February and placed a 100 PV Loyalty order in March, the points will be added to your account on April 7, 2023.

​

What should I do if I haven't received my points?
Product points will be awarded by March 7, 2023 (if you signed up in January) or April 7, 2023 (if you signed up in February). If you have not received your points by March 8 or April 8, respectively, please contact your account manager or Customer Service at +1 (800) 411-8151.

Which markets participate in this promotion?
This enrollment promotion is available in the US, Canada, GAC, and select NFR markets.

 

Can retail customers participate in this promotion?
Yes. To participate, sign up as a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in January with 100 PV or more. In February, place a loyalty order of at least 100 PV. In March, you will receive 100 product points! Or sign up as a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in February with 100 PV or more. In March, place a loyalty order of at least 100 PV. In April, you will receive 100 product points!

What happens if my credit card is declined?
If your credit card is declined, please make sure you have entered the correct zip and security codes (found on the back of your card). If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service at +1 (800) 411-8151 or use the live chat feature on doterra.com.

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your doTERRA account.

If you believe you qualified for the promotion but did not receive the points, please call Customer Service at +1 (800) 411-8151 or email service@doterra.com no later than April 30, 2023. Earned exceptions. it will not be done after this date.
